Middle School - Camp (Co-Ed)

Monday, July 13, 2026 - Wednesday, July 15, 2026 from 8:30 am - 11:00 am

Minnesota Juniors Middle School All Skills Camps are designed to help athletes in grades 5–8 build a strong foundation in all fundamental aspects of volleyball. Through high-repetition drills and fast-paced skill development, athletes will improve their passing, setting, serving, hitting, and defensive techniques. In addition to individual skills, players will also learn key team systems and strategies that are central to the Minnesota Juniors style of play. Each session includes game-like scenarios and competitive team play to reinforce what athletes learn and prepare them for the club season.

Key components covered include:

Fundamental skill development (passing, setting, serving, hitting, defense)
Game awareness and volleyball IQ
Introduction to Minnesota Juniors team systems
Competitive play and teamwork
